1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ZinVid platform, website, or developer API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Authorized Media Use Only
You agree to only submit URLs and download media content that you have legal rights to access, download, or for which you have explicit authorization from the copyright holder. ZinVid does not permit DRM circumvention, unauthorized commercial redistribution, or harvesting of private accounts.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users must not attempt to exploit rate limits, perform distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, inject malicious scripts, or bypass security barriers. Violations result in immediate account termination and IP blacklisting.
4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
ZinVid is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party stream changes.
