We collect information necessary to provide and enhance our media conversion services. This includes account details (name, email address, hashed passwords) when you register, along with technical logs such as IP addresses, browser user-agents, and transaction records for active subscriptions.

2. Media Processing & Data Retention

Video URLs submitted for extraction are processed through temporary memory and disk buffers. Download links and generated media files automatically expire and are purged from our servers within 24 hours via automated cron jobs, unless explicitly saved in a subscriber's cloud playlist.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use session cookies and local storage exclusively for authentication tokens, CSRF security, and user interface preferences (such as Light/Dark theme selection). We do not sell user personal data to third-party ad brokers.
